Hmmm reminds some Watfordians of LibDem Mayor Domineering Dorothy and her insistance on seizing Farm Terrace Allotments for 66 Executive homes despite being told that Watford Hospital could redevelop without them. She tends to run her party by telling them what to do but rarely does she really listen to what is said. She has said to a Labour Councillor ‘It’s people like you who make me determined to press ahead.’ So DT presses ahead because she so hates the Labour councillors rather because of sensible needs.
